| CHILD DEVELOPMENT |
|
children in India was forced to work for living.
Illustration of child rights were unnecessary
but it would be useful to stress that child
rights were about meeting children's basic
needs, which, if met in time, would allow them
to develop closer to their potential. In view of
the above facts ICDA has been making concerted
effort to withdraw child labors from working
place with a view to providing them formal and
vocational education, nutrition and health care.
Child labors are enrolled in the child labor
school of ICDA under Grant-in Aid scheme of
Ministry of Labour, Govt. of India.
