The illustrious Pandit Suramani Raghunath Panigrahi is a renowned vocalist of international standard. He and his wife the distinguished oddisi dancer Late Padmashree Sanjukta Panigrahi are the famous personalities and they do not require any formal introduction. Panditji has the honor of receiving many national and international awards including Grand Prix Award of Govt. of France. He has acclamation of Lion's club international for his services and dedication towards achieving excellency in the field of his work. 

Not only this, he has also been honored with honorary citizenship of membership County Council (USA) twice in the year 1986 and 1990. He is closely associated with many social works like creating relife funds for affected people, construction of hospitals and school buildings etc. We are proud to have him in the advisory board of ICDA.

Long associated with Indian Judiciary Mr. K. C. panda was retried as Addl. District & session judge. In more recent years he served as president in the District Consumer Redressed Forum. At Present, he is working as chairman in the Juvenile Justice Board, Bhadrak.

A distinguished Industrialist of Orissa Mr. Srikant Mishra is recognized as a social activist of  high order. in recognition of his social services he has been honored with membership in the selection committee of govt. I.T.I. College, and Sakhigopal College, Puri.

Mr. Binod Ku. Sahoo is a child right activist of high distinction. Presently, he has been working as Asst. Professor in the Govt. College of Arunachal Pradesh.

Dr. Jalaluddin A. Khan, the Director of Institute for Communication & Development Action (ICDA) is a man with caliber. His intervention in different social sectors could bring about dramatic changes in the socio-economic status of many disadvantaged groups.

Ms. Biswajita Tripathy the Asst. Director of ICDA has singular credit of transforming the aged old traditional attitude of Rural Panchayat of Bhadrak District into developed one. But for her commitment and dedication it would have been difficult 

on the part of the field workers of the ICDA to achieve the desired result in the field. Recently she is appointed by the Govt. of Orissa as member in Juvenile Board of the Dist.

Mr.Srikumar sukla is a journalist of high repute, long associated with journalism he works as P.T.I (Press trust Of India) correspondent. He is also associated with many socio-cultural organization of the state of Orissa.

Md. Ali is a social Activist of high repute. He works with minorities in Orissa. He is also an active member of the Muslim Women Education Forum functioning at Pipli under Puri District of Orissa. He is also associated with many organizations that work for the up-liftment of downtrodden people.
