ICDA is registered under Indian Societies Registration Act-XXI of 1860 bearing No.20543/93. 

ICDA has been granted registration under section 12A of the income Tax Act,1961,by commissioner of Income Tax, Bhubaneswar, Orissa, vide letter No. judl/63/12A/95-96/34978. 

ICDA has been granted registration under section 6(1) of the foreign contribution (regulation ) Act.,1976 by Ministry Of Home affairs, Govt. of India, vide letter number 11/21022/70(22)/99-FCRA III dated 20th Oct.1999(Registration No : 104820075) for receiving foreign contribution. 

ICDA is recognized under section 80-G of the Income Tax Act ,1961,by the commissioner of Income Tax , Cuttack, Orissa, vide F.No: CIT/CTC.Tech/80-G/2007-08/1031.Dated 25th June 2007. Donation made to ICDA shall qualify deduction u/s.80G in the hands of donors.
